Black’s Tire & Service Inc. has implemented a “Drop & Go” service at its stores to limit contact with customers during the COVID-19 crisis.
The service allows customers to schedule an appointment online, drop off their cars and use store key drops to transfer keys.
Black’s Tire will then follow up with customers by phone with “any estimate or recommended service,” according to a statement on the dealership’s website.
“We have created this service request form to set up appointments at our locations and to help minimize the spread of COVID-19.”
In addition, Black’s Tire says its employees are using steering wheel covers and gloves when driving customers’ vehicles, minimizing contact with vehicle interiors and taking other preventive measures.
