Tire industry veteran Steve Hutchinson has founded Tire Brands America, a tire sales and marketing agency designed to help "foreign-manufactured brands that have no United States-based sales team or are underserved in terms of sales and marketing."
"We see a gaping hole that needs to be filled," says Hutchinson, who recently appointed four sales directors who have extensive experience working for a variety of tire manufacturers. They include Art Michalik, Joe Anzelmo, Jack Bidding and Dave Howe.
Hutchinson says Tire Brands America's production "is currently strong and actively ongoing from our main factory source in Thailand."
In light of COVID-19 restrictions, the Huntington Beach, Calif.-based company "is using email, phone and videoconferencing to communicate with tire industry partners/customers and our team is home-based at the moment."
