The California Tire Dealers Association (CTDA) announced it will hold its third annual Soccer Tournament on July 20, 2014, in Los Angeles, sponsored by Pirelli Tire North America.
There will be 10 teams participating, nine of which will be represented by employees of local dealerships. One team will be represented by a large CTDA member firm from the San Francisco Bay area.
City Councilman Tom LaBonge is expected to be in attendance as this event promotes his Los Feliz District Griffin Park and local public soccer fields. The Pirelli Models will also make an appearance as a special attraction provided by Pirelli for photo opportunities.
Teams scheduled to participate are 1-800EveryRim.com OEM Wheels (Pico Rivera), American Tire Distributors (Santa Fe Springs), Bob Lee’s Tire (Lomita), Bruce’s Tire, Inc. (Fremont), Kings Tire (Rancho Cucamonga), Performance Plus Tires Inc. (Long Beach), Tire Man (Thousand Oaks), Tires Warehouse (Santa Fe Springs), Turbo Wholesale Tires, Inc. (Irwindale) and Victoria Tire Centers, Inc. (Huntington Park).
