The North Carolina Tire Dealers Association (NCTDA) announced that member Pugh’s Tire & Service Centers, Greenville, N.C., celebrated the grand opening of its sixth retail store on May 29, 2014, in Williamston.
On hand was racing legend Mario Andretti and numerous industry-related affiliates to Pugh’s.
Pugh’s was established in 1945 by the late George Pugh, who was inducted into the NCTDA Hall of Fame in 2012. NCTDA says the dealership has been a staple in Eastern North Carolina and the tire industry.
“I feel comfortable with our growing business potential here in North Carolina,” said Sammy Pugh, president.
