Michelin will promote pro training at Brityrex

May 6, 2014

Groupe Michelin, parent company of Michelin North America Inc., announced it is returning to Brityrex International 2014 to promote the message that well-trained staff play a vital role in the commercial success and development of any business. Brityrex International 2014 takes place Oct. 7-9 at EventCity, Manchester, England.

The Michelin Training Centre (MTC) is following up its first visit to the show in 2012 with another high visibility presence, which will include appearances from Bibendum, the company’s Michelin Man trademark.

Training center manager Charly Bailey, explains: “We will be promoting our wide range of training courses covering all aspects of the tire business, from practical fitting courses to sales and management training. It’s important to stress that our services are available to anyone in the industry and are not limited to our parent company or its associated businesses.

Bailey says trainers will be available throughout the event to provide detailed information on specific courses and to highlight how training can help develop businesses, increase sales and showcase the professionalism of staff when dealing with customers, either face-to-face or on the telephone.

Michelin training covers all areas of the tire industry and beyond. Technical courses cover agricultural, earthmover, industrial, car, truck and motorcycle tires and the company offers modules for sales (retail and B to B), customer service, management and other related subjects.
