Net Driven awards dealer in tire reviews contest

May 2, 2014

Net Driven, a SaaS (Software as a Service) company headquartered in Scranton, Pa., reports the second winner of its $1,000 Tire Reviews contest is Riechers Tire and Auto in Washington, Mo.

Net Driven launched its Tire Reviews contest in the fall to increase the amount of reviews of tires available on all Net Driven dealer sites. Any customer who leaves a review of a tire on a dealer’s website is automatically entered into the contest. The winning customer receives $1,000 in tires or service and the winning dealer receives $1,000 in business.

"After 75 years of business, Riechers Tire and Auto realizes the importance of using technology as tool to help improve the customer experience, while also making it as easy as possible to do business with us,” says Matthew Riechers.

“Through our website, Net Driven has helped us provide information about what we do while providing easy access to tire and service specials, online quotes and appointments, and a wheel configurator. Needless to say, we were excited to hear that one of our customers was rewarded for using our website and the tools that it offers."

Net Driven placed a quality assurance team to approve all tire reviews. Each tire review is aimed to help customers conduct research before making a final tire purchasing decision. Reviews have been proven to drive sales and with 70% of consumers researching online before purchasing, a website with customer reviews is important, says the company.

Net Driven supplied dealers with promotional materials, such as website banners and in-store advertising to alert customers of the Tire Reviews contest and encourage them to participate.

“We are constantly developing new ways to help our customers thrive, and the Tire Reviews contest is one way we are driving more business straight to our dealers’ doors,” says Net Driven founder and CEO Patrick Sandone III.

Winners will be drawn quarterly. The next winner is set to be drawn in July.
