Bauer Built Inc. has entered into an agreement to buy Great Plains Tire Centers, a Lincoln, Neb.-based commercial dealership.
Great Plains has three shops throughout Nebraska.
The deal is expected to close in mid-July.
In March, Bauer Built purchased U.S. Wholesale Inc., a tire wholesaler headquartered in Fulton, Ill.
The purchase gave Durand, Wis.-based dealership exclusive distribution rights to Michelin and BFGoodrich brand farm tires in Nebraska and Iowa.
Bauer Built is the sixth largest independent commercial tire dealership and the 16th largest retreader in the United States, according to Modern Tire Dealer statistics.
