Omni United's CEO receives recognition

G.S. Sareen, CEO and president of Omni United Pte. Ltd., received Prestige Singapore’s "100 Most Influential Power List 2014" recognition in itsPrestige Lifestyle 2014 issue.

The list, which is an annual compilation of the top 100 headlining movers and shakers in Singapore, recognizes those who have excelled in their fields, "making a significant impact to society." The Singapore-based recipients include those in the financial, oil and gas, and real estate industries, as well as entrepreneurs who have taken ideas and grown to be the leaders in their specialized craft.

In its second year of recognition, the magazine honored Sareen, who received the honor with other notable recipients, including the Singapore prime minister and other leading business executives. Prestige Magazine is the premier lifestyle magazine of choice for the affluent and influential in Singapore.

Sareen founded the 10-year-old company after recognizing the need for "more reliable business partners with innovative products, unparalleled customer service and logistics solutions," according to Omni United, which plays an important role in supplying value-for-money products to consumers in more than 80 countries worldwide.

In 2012, the company recorded sales of $300. In 2013, the company took a major step toward its goal of becoming an eco-friendly tire company with the accomplishment of carbon offsetting activities that resulted in flagship brand Radar tires being declared carbon neutral.
