The Purcell Tire & Rubber Co. board of directors just received a major makeover.
First, the board hired Roger Lucas, senior vice president of Tire Centers LLC, as CEO. He also will become a board member when he officially joins the company on May 1, 2014.
Then President Dennis Flynn was added to the board, not only as a member, but also as vice-chairman.
Finally, former Bridgestone Americas Inc. and Bandag Inc. executive John McErlane was added to the board. McErlane retired from Bridgestone in 2013 as president of company-owned store operations.
