Moog steering and suspension line grows

Federal-Mogul Corp. has added nearly 70 parts to its Moog steering and suspension product line.

The expansion includes more than 50 parts for late-model foreign- nameplate passenger vehicles from BMW, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru, Toyota and other manufacturers.

“We continue to aggressively expand our foreign-nameplate coverage to help vehicle service providers increase their share of this growing category,” says Mark Boyle, director, steering and suspension products, North America, Federal-Mogul vehicle components segment.

The new parts include:

* 12 Moog R-series replacement control arms and assemblies;

* 32 stabilizer bar bushing kits;

* several stabilizer bar link kits; and

* a variety of tie rod ends, ball joints, coil spring sets and other premium-quality components.

Federal-Mogul also continues to expand its line of Moog complete strut assemblies, with two new assemblies now available for 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner trucks.
