June 23, 2020

Maxam Tire North America Inc. has named Greg Gilland vice president of its Global Agricultural Program.

"Agriculture is one of the most technically demanding industries that requires a team of experts," say Maxam officials. "Greg assumes this key leadership position with years of valuable industry experience and a great depth of market knowledge. Greg will lead our team of experts in providing relevant solutions to the agricultural industry, while ensuring the highest level of customer experience."

Gilland joined Maxam as its North American segment manager in 2018.

"Over the last two years, Greg has played a major role in evolving the Maxam agricultural segment by effectively leading our team to achieve sustainable growth. Prior to joining Maxam, Greg built over 20 years of experience in the tire industry."

"The agricultural challenge for any grower is to maximize productivity in search of greater yields, while also managing evolving costs to ensure improved profits," notes Gilland. "Maxam's market vision is to bring agricultural radial tires that provide the business solutions growers are seeking by delivering improved product performance and uncompromised quality at competitive prices."

"Greg's pattern of success has increased our business and forged valuable relationships in the industry," says Troy Kline, president of Maxam Tire North America. "We are excited to have Greg take our agricultural segment to the next stage of growth."
