Qingdao Nama Industrial Co. Ltd. says it will invest $10 million in "southeast Asia tire projects" in 2020.
The investment will allow the company to complete its radial truck/bus and passenger tire series, according to officials.
The company reports that two of its tires, the Eco Fighter, which is made at the firm's plant in Vietnam, and the Big Feet line, which is produced at its facility in Thailand, have been "successfully accepted" - and are being sold - throughout California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New York and other U.S. states.
"Sizes range from 19.5 inches to 24.5 inches" and cover a wide range of fitments, according to Nama officials.
