Goodyear names Myers LT marketing manager

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has named Steve Myers marketing manager of light truck tires. He was formerly the company's director of race tire sales and marketing.

Myers replaces Ron Wells, who left the company to work for RubberNetwork.com, the global purchasing and procurement marketplace developed by Goodyear and other tire and rubber manufacturers.

In addition to marketing the company's light truck lineup, Myers will oversee the Goodyear/Skyjacker Extreme Rock Crawling Nationals, a four-event off-road championship series.
