Titan International Inc. has promoted Bill Campbell to president of Titan Tire Corp. in Des Moines, Iowa, and Ron Schildt to president of Titan Wheel Corp., Quincy, Ill. Both men have been working in conjunction with Titan Distribution to increase Titan's wheel and tire assembly business.
Campbell joined Titan in 1995 as operations manager for the Des Moines facility, and was promoted to executive vice president in 1999.
Schildt joined Titan as operations manager for the Quincy wheel manufacturing facility in 1993.
