Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack has launched a “touchless” drop-off/pick-up program while also providing gloves, seat and steering wheel covers, and floor mats for vehicles.
The chain also is offering curbside pick-up for parts orders that have been placed online.
“As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can for you, our team members and our community,” Chris Cox, CEO-Parts, and Brian Kaner, CEO-Service, wrote to customers today.

“As a major employer and provider of essential products and services, as deemed by the federal government and the applicable local, county and state orders, we are committed to providing the critical parts and services in our communities,” they wrote.
