The new Grip XLR MP55 from Global Rubber Industries (Pvt) Ltd. (GRI) is designed for heavy-duty backhoe loaders, compact loaders and telehandlers.
“Its extra wide lugs provide excellent grip and greater stability,” say GRI officials. “The (tire's) tread compound ensures resistance against wear and cuts, while the new tie bar design increases tire life and allows for longer working hours."
The Grip XLR MP55 also sports a unique, inter-lug design, with “three steps in the lug at the center line (that) prevent center lug cracks when taking on heavy loads. This also enables higher traction for better productivity.”
In addition, the tire offers enhanced puncture resistance and durability, according to GRI officials.
The Grip XLR MP55 is currently available in size 19.5L R24, with more sizes to be released soon.
GRI’s range for loader applications also includes the Grip EX LT100, in size 12.5/80-18; the Grip EX LT122, in size 14.9-24; the Grip EX LT200, in size 15.5-25; and the Grip EX LT300, in size 9.00-16.
