Three consumer tires from Kumho Tire USA Inc. were named Good Design Award winners for 2019.
The awards, presented in 30 categories, including transportation, highlight the best designs and innovation and invention. For 2019 more than 900 new products and graphic designs from 47 countries were selected to receive awards.
In the transportation category, the winners included three tires from Kumho:
- Wintercraft Wi51
- Ecsta PA 51
- Majesty9 Solus TA91
"We strive to distinguish ourselves by developing high-quality, innovative products," says Jung Il-taik, the head of Kumho's research and development division. "We will continue to focus our research capabilities on creating designs that satisfy the need of our consumers."
