Cooper Offers Military Discount at 3 Service Locations

Veterans Day 2017 was the start of a new benefit for veterans and active military who live near Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.'s major U.S. facilities.

As of Nov. 11, the company is offering a 15% discount on Cooper- and Mastercraft-brand tires purchased at a Cooper Service locations. The tire maker operates Cooper Service stores in communities where it has tire manufacturing facilities: Findlay, Ohio; Texarkana, Ark.; and Tupelo, Miss.

“Cooper has a long history of supporting military efforts, and we are proud to offer this discount for Veterans Day and moving forward as a means of saying ‘thank you’ to the brave men and women who have served or are serving in our armed forces,” says Scott Jamieson, director of product management in North America for Cooper.

Those wishing to take advantage of the offer must present a valid military or veteran identification card. No cash and carry is available; installation must be completed at a Cooper Service location.
