John O'Rourke has left SURE Tire Co.
SURE President Steve Disney of Disney Tire & Rubber in Louisville, Ky., is spearheading a search for O'Rourke's replacement. O'Rourke had served as SURE's executive director.
The Brandon, Fla.-based private label cooperative has some 30 members throughout the country and markets Remington, Summit and Heritage brand tires. It enjoys 1% of the domestic private brand market, according to Modern Tire Dealer statistics.
