YC Rubber Co. (North America) LLC has extended its casing warranty on Duraturn TBR (truck and bus radial) tires to six years and two retreads. That's up from five years and one retread.
“Duraturn TBR tires have been successfully sold for a number of years in North America and have earned a strong reputation for quality with fleets and owner operators,” says Ken Coltrane, vice president. “We are pleased to improve upon our warranty offering so that it better reflects the quality reputation of Duraturn TBR tires.”
The Duraturn TBR lineup includes 17 products for line-haul, regional and mixed service applications. One example is its SmartWay-verified DD10 drive tire which features an open shoulder tread design that provides optimum traction while the 25/32-inch tread depth provides long mileage.
YC Rubber made the announcement during the 2018 Specialty Euqipment Market Assocation (SEMA) show.
Duraturn TBR tires, as well as tires for passenger cars, light trucks and specialty trailers, are manufactured by YC Rubber Co. and distributed in the U.S. by YC Rubber Co. (North America) LLC, based in Pasadena, Calif.
