Point S Development has updated its private label winter tire. The Winterstar 4 is available to Point S dealers in Europe.
Emilie Faure, private label product manager at Point S Development, says, "We were very satisfied with the performances of the Winterstar 3 but could still take advantage of some technical opportunities offered by our current manufacturer. The tests conducted on the new Winterstar 4 show that expected improvements are achieved.”
The Winterstar 4 is manufactured in Europe and features an aggressive directional tread pattern.

The Winterstar 4 range covers 39 sizes, and is made to fit both passenger cars as well as SUVs. It's available in wheel sizes up to 17 inches. A version dedicated van fitments, the Winterstar 4 Van, also is available. With a non-directional pattern, this tire answers the needs of utility vehicles and covers 13 sizes.
The updated winter tire follows the launch of the Summerstar 3+ earlier this year. Point S is marketing its summer and winter tires with two personalities for consumers — the SummerHero and the WinterHero.
