Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share. The dividend is payable March 15 to shareholders of record as of February 15.
The company's stock price fell from $28.18 on Dec. 31, 1999, to $22.99 on Dec. 29, 2000 -- an 18.4% decrease. Goodyear's stock was selling for $26.01 per share on Feb. 6.
