Just four years after opening, Wilson County Tire & Retreading has added 10,800 square feet to its Marangoni retread plant in middle Tennessee.
The expansion to the Marangoni Tread North America Inc. dealer’s plant included 5,500 square feet of warehouse space. Another 4,300 square feet is dedicated to two drive-through service lanes.
The expansion enabled the plant to boost capacity by 30% and sales by 10%.
The plant now totals 38,000 square feet and offers a wider variety of products and services, including:
- a new drive-through service featuring two large bays;
- expanded retread capacity with fast turnaround;
- complete line of stock cap and casings;
- huge selection of premium quality new tires in stock;
- mounted wheel program;
- road service;
- expansive pickup and delivery area;
- additional fleet sales and service support;
- wheel refurbishing; and
- fleet check service on site.

The plant began operating in the spring of 2014 in Lebanon, Tenn., and supplies Marangoni Ringtread system products to the local market.
Wilson County Tire & Retreading says it discovered early on that the market was in need of a better retread solution, customer-first attitude, and true added-value services. Its rapid growth and the 10,800 square foot addition to its facility is a consequence of its unwavering commitment to those needs. As a result, a long-term expansion goal was realized early.
