Titan Is Looking for a New Chief Financial Officer

April 16, 2018

Titan International Inc. has begun the search for a new chief financial officer and chief information officer.

The company has notified James Froisland that it is not renewing his employment agreement, which is set to expire Dec. 5, 2018. The agreement would have renewed automatically unless either Titan or Froisland provided a non-renewal notice at least six months prior to the expiration date.

Titan anticipates a replacement will be in place within the next several months.

Paul Reitz, CEO and president says, “Jim has been instrumental in building a strong financial reporting environment at Titan that emphasizes sound internal controls and processes. We appreciate the changes he’s implemented to drive improvements in our accounting and information technology areas. Titan looks forward to having Jim continue in his role as we search for his successor.”

Froisland initially filled the roles on an interim basis beginning in May 2016. He was appointed to the full-time position Dec. 5, 2016.
