Nov. 7, 2011

Perfect Equipment Inc. officially unveiled a new corporate logo and tagline at the 2011 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nev. In business since 1939, the company also announced the addition of the new P-value lineup of steel clip-on wheel weights.

“This is a very exciting time period for Perfect Equipment,” said Jeff Waechter, president and CEO of Perfect Equipment. “For more than 70 years we have been providing balancing solutions to our customers and over that time period we have developed many of the product designs and processes that are now considered the industry standard. Moving forward, we feel as though our new corporate branding strategy can further solidify Perfect’s position in the marketplace.”

The new logo was developed by branding firm Interbrand. The new tagline, “balancing the future,” was developed by Perfect Equipment’s own in-house marketing team.

“We have been providing balancing solutions to drivers for generations,” said Gregory Parker, marketing manager for Perfect Equipment. “As we look forward into the future, Perfect Equipment’s plan is to balance the future generations and to continue to be on the forefront of innovation.”

Also at the SEMA Show, the company announced the addition of the new P-value lineup of steel clip-on wheel weights. Featuring a five-year corrosion resistance coating, an OE manufacturer approved clip design and a lower cost per unit, this lineup of products is positioned for the price conscious buyer. The P-value series is available in all eight standard clip styles with ounce increments from 0.25 oz. to 3 oz. and gram increments from 5g to 60g.
