Radar Tires hosts cancer awareness events

Radar Tires, the flagship tire brand of Singapore-based Omni United Pte. Ltd. is helping to find a cure for breast cancer. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, October, 2011, the company is hosting events at tire dealerships across the country in support of “Mobilizing Hope” - the brand’s partnership with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).

In what Omni calls an industry first, the socially-conscious tire manufacturer unveiled the campaign earlier this year (see Get ready for a pink Radar tire).

Omni United has pledged a donation of $1 to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation for each set of four Radar tires sold over the next year. The company has committed to a minimum annual donation of $250,000 and a goal of raising $1 million.

To raise awareness of the initiative and to further support the BCRF, Radar Tires has turned to its campaign affiliated retailers across the country to “Mobilize Hope” in their communities.
