Tire dealer 20 group orientation meeting set

Strategic Alliance Group, Inc. (SAG) will conduct its first orientation meeting in Dallas, Texas, Dec. 5-6, 2011. The meeting is designed to familiarize the registered members on how the concept operates and is also designed for prospective members.

The original 20 group-Dealer Strategic Planning (DSP) was founded four years ago and has grown to nearly 100 dealers participating.

There will be presentations each day from SAG’s Alliance Partners. Attendees will be able to evaluate the benefits that they will bring to Strategic Alliance Group members.

SAG says that being part of a 20 group gives retail and commercial dealers enhanced advantages on planning ways to improve gross profit, reduce expenses, re-engineer their business practices and implement management operating systems. SAG’s new commercial group will help dealers find answers through sharing with their other successful group members and the support of SAG’S Alliance Partners.

SAG recently announced the formation of its commercial tire 20 group.
