Order Reprints

Tiremaker Eurotire has announced it will increase prices by up to 9.8% on all its off-the-road (OTR) bias tires. In addition, there will be an increase of up to 11.5% on all its OTR radial tires globally. The increase goes into effect Sept. 5, 2011.

Mike Bloor, Eurotire VP of Global Sales, says “Our company is well known for its quality products, technical support and commitment to our customers, but we’ve been unable to absorb rising costs on raw materials, energy and transportation. At this point, we find it necessary to increase prices on all our bias and radial OTR tires.”

Eurotire is the latest tire manufacturer to announce price increases this year.
