Harvey Brodsky, managing director of the Retread Tire Association (RTA), will be a panelist at the free tire seminar to be held at the Great American Trucking Show. The event takes place in Dallas, Texas, Aug. 25-27, 2011, and the tire seminar begins at 1:00 on Aug. 26.
