ASA and CustomerLink join forces

ASA Tire Systems has partnered with CustomerLink Systems Inc. to provide automated communication and marketing services for tire dealers.

CustomerLink's customer retention and acquisition programs will supplement the existing marketing functionality of ASA’s software with a complete suite of the following:

* direct mail,

* email,

* newsletters, and

* automated social media and online reputation management services.

The programs will help tire dealers get new customers and maximize profits from existing ones, according to ASA.

CustomerLink, a "Premier Partner" of ASA, also has advanced technology that tracks all vehicle data from a tire dealer’s ASA system and uses it to automatically trigger service reminders and notices.
