Amerityre Corp. will introduce its "High Performance" forklift tire at the 2011 Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association Convention in Phoenix, Ariz., on May 1.
The annual convention, the largest gathering of independent material handling distributors and operators in North America, runs from April 30 through May 4.
The forklift tire is produced utilizing Kryon, a material developed in 2009. It features low rolling resistance characteristics.
"This new proprietary compound in our Kryon line has been designed to improve durability and load-carrying capacity as compared to conventional rubber tires," says Chairman Tim Ryan.
