Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will report fourth quarter 2010 financial results before the stock markets open on Thursday, Feb. 10, to be followed by an investor conference call at 10:30 a.m.
Participating in the conference call will be Richard Kramer, chairman and CEO, and Darren Wells, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Approximately 45 minutes prior to the commencement of the call, the company will post the financial and other related information that will be presented on its investor relations Web site.
Investors, members of the media and other interested persons can access the conference call on the Web site or via telephone by calling (706) 643-2869 before 10:25 a.m. on Feb. 10. A taped replay will be available later that day by calling (706) 645-9291. The replay will also remain available on the Web site.
For the first three quarters, Goodyear posted a net loss of $39 million on net sales of $13.8 billion (for more information, click on "Goodyear loses $20 million in third quarter"). At the recent Goodyear dealer conference, company executives gave no indication as to how Goodyear fared in the fourth quarter.
