The new AcuTread logo, created by the creative services firm Indezyn, recently won the MarCom Gold Award out of nearly 5,000 entries in the "Design/Logo" category.

The award was given out by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) in Grand Rapids, Mich. It is awarded to entries judged "to exceed the high standards of the industry norm," according to Indezyn.

According to the Indezyn Web site, MarCom entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, public relations firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers. Winners were selected from more than 200 categories in seven forms of media and communication efforts.

About 18% of the entries won the Gold Award, one of the organization’s top honors. A complete list of Gold Winners can be found on the MarCom Awards website at www.marcomawards.com.
