Jan. 25, 2011

Rogers will pilot the No. 92 fleetHQ/BTS Tire & Wheel Distributors Chevrolet Silverado at the Daytona International Speedway to kick off the 2011 NASCAR Season on February 18th.

Clay Rogers, born November 6, 1980 in Mooresville, NC, holds 4 USAR Procup Championships (2004, 2006, 2009 and 2010). He has competed in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and Camping World Truck Series. Clay has raced for nearly 20 years, visiting Victory Lane well over 125 times in a career in which he’s won championships in the WKA, Allison Legacy Series, USAR Pro Cup, and is the current defending national champion of the USAR Pro Cup Series.

Rogers is teaming with the RBR Enterprises team to compete in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for 2011.  This marks Clay’s first return to the Trucks Series since 2009 and his debut at Daytona under race conditions.

RBR will be entering their sophomore season in the Truck Series and will be looking to improve on the great start they got in 2010.  Clay is coming off another banner season.  Last year he won 50% of the races with 7 wins and led over 1600 laps.  He is looking to continue that momentum with the RBR Team.
