Two former MFA Oil distribution centers in Missouri are now operating as Carroll Tire facilities under the ownership of TBC Corp.
The warehouses are in Columbia and Springfield, Mo., and were purchased by TBC for an undisclosed sum.
"Carroll Tire didn't have a presence in either of those markets," says Erik Olsen, CEO and president of TBC Wholesale Group.
MFA has been a long-time TBC customer, having carried the Memphis, Tenn.-based company's Multi Mile brand "for decades. It was a good opportunity. Integration was seamless."
