Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has promoted Guy Villa to account executive for the Ford Motor Co. effective Dec. 1.
Villa replaces Sid Holmes, who retired after 36 years with Goodyear. Holmes was Ford's account executive for the last 17 years.
With Goodyear since 1989, Villa has served as a vehicle test driver, tire designer, automotive engineer and commercial tire salesperson. He also has spent time as a technical liaison between Goodyear and Japanese original equipment accounts.
