American Tire Distributors Inc. (ATD) has promoted Andy Procell to general manager and director of business development for its Orlando, Fla., distribution center.
Prior to joining ATD, Procell worked for TBC Corp. in various positions, and also has worked with National Tire Warehouse and others groups.
