Alliance Tire USA wants to double its sales in North America within the next three years, Alliance Tire Co. Ltd. President Yosi Anglister told mtdealer.com at this week's International Tire Expo in Las Vegas, Nev.
Alliance's current North American sales top out at around $10 million a year, according to officials from the Hdera, Israel-based farm tire manufacturer.
"We see great potential in the U.S. market -- even more than Europe," says Anglister.
Anglister, a "turnaround specialist," was named Alliance president earlier this year.
Alliance plans to introduce a number of new products next year, including a line of forestry tires.
A new all-steel flotation tire, the AgriTransport, is scheduled to hit the market next week, says Anglister.
