The Tire Retread Information Bureau (TRIB) board of directors meeting which was to be held in Las Vegas on Tuesday, Nov. 4, has been cancelled.
The time conflicted with a large event planned for Tire Industry Association (TIA) members attending the upcoming industry trade show. Because of that, TRIB President Jimmy Crews has agreed that the TRIB board of directors meeting should be called off.
Board members will be receiving updated information within a few weeks outlining how TRIB will handle the various items that need to be covered by the board before the end of the year.
TRIB says it may call for a special meeting in December on the Monterey Peninsula or it may arrange to hold the board meeting using a conference call.
