Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. recently named Kevin Kummerer and Douglas Brown regional credit managers for its tire operations.
Kummerer, who has been with the company for three years, will be responsible for administering credit and maintaining accounts receivable for independent Cooper dealers within Cooper Tire’s southern sales region. He will work directly with customers, territory and regional sales managers in the development of new and existing accounts.
Brown’s new responsibilities include maintaining accounts receivable for independent Cooper and Oliver Rubber dealers within Cooper Tire’s Great Lakes sales region. He will also develop new and existing portfolios, and establish credit limits for related accounts via a review and maintenance process of customer files.
Brown began his career with Cooper Tire 11 years ago as senior customer service coordinator.
