The recently introduced BMW 5 Series rides on size 205/60R16 and 225/55R16 Pirelli P7 tires.
The P7 ultra-high performance tire contains an assymetric tread pattern and was developed via Pirelli SpA's Safety from Technically Engineered Profile (STEP) platform.
Pirelli has other BMW original equipment fitments including the P6000 Powergy (BMW 3 Series) and P Zero Rosso (BMW 7 Series).
