Edward Fogarty, former chairman, CEO and president of Tambrands Inc., has resigned from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s board of directors. That leaves the company with 10 active board members.
Fogarty, who cited increasing time commitments for his decision, has been on the board since June 2000. "Ed's consumer products knowledge and marketing insight have been valuable to our company," says Goodyear Chairman Sam Gibara.
