TBC, RMA to offer pre-holiday tire checks

TBC Retail Group and the Rubber Manufacturers Association will provide pre-holiday tire checks at Tire Kingdom, National Tire & Battery, Merchant's Tires & Auto Center and participating Big O Tires outlets.

Checks will be conducted Nov. 20-26 and Dec. 15-24.

The free inspections are intended to educate motorists about tire safety and proper tire maintenance. They will include visual inspections for cracks, cuts, bulges and other problems, as well as the inspection of valve stems for cracks and defects
