The Tire Industry Association (TIA) will participate in a "legislative summit" next week in Washington, D.C.

"We are going to meet with Congress-people and talk about issues that affect our industry" like product liability and health insurance costs, says Becky MacDicken, TIA's director of government affairs.

The meeting will take place Feb. 25-26 and will include several other automotive industry trade associations.
