Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.'s board of directors has named John Holland a director of the company.
Holland is chairman and CEO of Butler Manufacturing Co., which produces pre-engineered building systems and is a leading supplier of architectural aluminum systems and components. He fills the board vacancy left by last year's death of Ronald Roudebush.
"John has a proven track record as chief executive officer of a global manufacturing company, and we look forward to receiving his guidance as we move forward with our Cooper 21 strategic plans," says Tom Dattilo, Cooper Tire's chairman, CEO and president.
