Susan Arnold, president of Proctor & Gamble Co.'s global personal beauty care division, has been elected to Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s board of directors.
"Susan has a distinguished track record in marketing strategy, product development and leadership," says Goodyear Chairman Sam Gibara.
Arnold has been with Proctor & Gamble since 1980.
