Jack Williams Tire Supports Ryan’s Run for Fifth Year

Oct. 15, 2015

For the fifth straight year, Jack Williams Tire Co. Inc. will be a major sponsor of Ryan’s Run, a campaign to raise funds and awareness for individuals with disabilities and life-changing injuries at Allied Services Integrated Health System in Clarks Summit, Pa.

The Ryan’s Run campaign involves area runners competing in the New York City marathon and is led by WNEP TV’s Ryan Leckey.

Since Jack Williams Tire joined the Ryan’s Run campaign in 2011, the family-owned and operated business has donated more than $75,000 to Allied Services, enabling the non-profit health and human services organization to invest in life-changing rehabilitation technology and programs.

This year, Jack Williams Tire Moosic, Pa., store manager Stephanie Jones will run the TCS New York City Marathon as part of the Ryan’s Run team.

This will be the first marathon for Jones, whose own mother went through physical therapy and rehabilitation following a serious car accident. “I’m thrilled to be part of Ryan’s Run,” says Jones.

Colleagues and customers at the 35 Jack Williams Tire locations in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania have been showing their support for Stephanie and the Ryan’s Run campaign by purchasing Ryan’s Run footprints for $1.

“We’re grateful for the continued support that Jack Williams Tire provides for this campaign and for the individuals we serve,” says Bill Conaboy, president/CEO of Allied Services Integrated Health System.

“Thanks to the tremendous support we receive for Ryan’s Run, year after year, we have been able to bring the best in rehabilitation technology to Allied Services, significantly improving recovery time for individuals with life-changing injuries and enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.”
