MaddenCo has app for commercial dealers
MaddenCo Inc. has developed a mobile app for commercial tire dealers that provide emergency roadside assistance services. The new MCIService app enables technicians to complete roadside service paperwork from a mobile device in real time.
The company will unveil the mobile app at its Users’ Conference in Evansville, Ind., October 21-23, 2015.
Features of the MCIService app include:
* sending customer requests for emergency roadside assistance to service technician;
* tracking service technician’s status in real time during a roadside assistance request;
* taking photos of the services provided and attaching the photos to the invoice;
* completing customer-specific inspection forms; and
* capturing customer signature and attaching the signature to the invoice.
“Our newest mobile app will be a game changer for our commercial dealers,” says Jay Adams, president of MaddenCo.
“Putting this technology in the hands of the service technicians will greatly increase the speed and accuracy of emergency roadside service calls. Photos and customer signatures will now be attached to tickets, making historical review a snap as well.”
The customer testing MCIService has continued to use the app in a live environment and has seen tremendous results, according to Kim Poynter, CEO of MaddenCo.
“The customers are going to love it. We are excited to see what the response will be when we roll it out to our customers next month at our conference,” she says.
MCIService joins MCIFleet and MCIDelivery in MaddenCo’s stable of mobile apps. “Our mobile apps are getting more and more use every day. This is an exciting time at MaddenCo,” says Adams.
