Tire Consultants Group LLC (TCG) has entered into a strategic partnership with FOCUS Investment Banking LLC to offer a range of investment banking and private equity services to middle-market tire dealers and wholesalers nationwide.
The strategic partnership was established on Aug. 24, 2015, between Skip Viola, president of TCG, and Jonathan Wilfong, regional managing partner in the Southeast Division of FOCUS Investment Banking.
The relationship with FOCUS is a natural offshoot of TCG’s business imperative: to provide sales, marketing, operational support, supply chain logistics, strategic planning, research and market analysis to tire dealers and wholesalers in North America and overseas.
“This strategic alliance with FOCUS Investment Banking is a significant step toward offering present and prospective clients a broad variety of essential services in preparation for revenue growth, or anticipation of divestiture through planned transition,” says Viola.
Founded in 1982 in Washington, D.C., FOCUS Investment Banking specializes in serving emerging growth and middle-market businesses in a number of business sectors, including the automotive sector. The firm "focuses" on companies with revenues or transaction sizes between $5 million and $300 million.
