Network joins global group Nexus

July 6, 2015

The Automotive Distribution Network has joined Nexus Automotive International, a global group of parts distribution companies.

“We are extremely excited about the opportunity to work with Nexus Automotive International,” says David Prater, president of the Network. “As a major force in North America, the Network will be an active member and work closely to benefit all Nexus members and suppliers.”

Nexus was created in January 2014, and hopes to have 50 members by the end of 2015, according to its website. Nexus says it seeks partnerships with the most important original equipment manufacturers. It describes itself as a "supply consolidator and a service provider."

“With the Automotive Distribution Network on board as a member, it establishes us in a major new, high volume territory,” says Gael Escribe, CEO of Nexus. “This provides excellent opportunities both for the Network and for Nexus' contracted suppliers who are looking to develop their business in North America.”

Nexus, which has its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, now is represented in 63 countries. For more information about Nexus visit www.nexusautomotiveinternational.eu.

The Automotive Distribution Network operates under the brands of Parts Plus, IAPA, Auto Pride and Network Products. For more information contact Bob Barstow at (901) 682-9090.
